Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy – Native Dept. by Artsy Pueblo

At Native Dept. by Artsy Pueblo, every item is made with care, culture, and purpose. Because many of our products are handmade, custom, or limited edition, please read our policy below before placing an order.

Returns  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with original tags and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items  
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized items
- Handmade jewelry
- Sage, spiritual, or cleansing products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your business email].

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will send a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping Costs  
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Exchanges  
We currently only offer exchanges for clothing items if the wrong size was ordered and the item is still unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations  
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may already begin production or shipping and cannot guarantee cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Native Dept. by Artsy Pueblo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if this happens.
