Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Shipping times:

• United States: 3–7 business days after processing
• Custom or made-to-order items: 1–2 weeks before shipment

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Native Dept. by Artsy Pueblo is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
